No Stat Gain on Level Up (Game Version: 0.9.050-PUBLIC-ANDROID#3271)

Playing a level 9 merc, rested to get to level 10 and while my strength increase by 5 on its own, I didnt gain stats to assign and am unable to select a perk.

Reloading an earlier auto save didnt fix the issue.

Shows the perk selection being grayed out, and one of the stats being orange for some reason.
