I found that if you are a Tech Specialist and deploy your turret before the XO shows up, the 'Wait' option won't change to 'Prone' and therefore are unable to evade the oncoming overpass. Specifically before the XO shows up. If the turret is deployed after, then the option will show up normally.

Please provide a save file for testing, if possible.
As far as I can see, Feruze needs to be in combat and the player should not be tripped for that option to be available. I did adjust the Feruze selection logic to account for an expanding friendlies lineup, so that might fix the issue.
