Newbie Question - How do I level up?

This was very easy to spot in Corruption of Champions, but I can't see any sort of Level Up button in TiTS. I've tried exploring all the menus, and clicking everywhere all over the screen, but nothing comes up. The game keeps telling me to level up, and I'd love to, but I just can't find it.

Could someone please tell me where this feature is hiding?

you level up by sleeping

Bottom left near the save buttons after you go to sleep on the ship. Should be a thing with loads of plus signs.
