New treatment effects

The recent release of new treatment effects for the bimbo variant had me pretty hyped.
Patch notes being as vague as possible i had to look for the initial submission thread.

After utterly wasting almost 2 hours of my life savescumming i can only come to the conclusion the dumb4cum (for bimbo) & oral fixation perks were not added to the game. Only the cum highs perk was.

So my question is twofold. Am i right in assuming those two perks are not in the game?
and finally : Where on earth can i see the detailed patch notes for a release?

I kinda broke my frustration meter trying to get those blasted perks to proc.

New treatment perks are only for backer version.

Guys , i HAVE been using the backer version. I have gotten the cum highs perk to trigger.

the 2/3rd chance of getting oral fixation is most definitely wrong OR it doesn't trigger at the stated hours treated. I got a save at 85 hours where i triggered the bovine tongue. I have then proceeded to "rest" until the treatment ran out 43 times. forty three TIMES "twitch"... not once did oral fixation trigger.

For the Female (Bimbo) perks, the only perks added were the Treated Readiness and the Cum Highs, along with the tongue transformations. Details for these perks should be outlined in the recently updated wiki page:

According to the notes, Dumb4Cum was pretty much the same thing as the Cum-Cow variant but with minor adjustments, so it was excluded due to being a trivial change; whereas the Oral Fixation perk was a perk with no latter support, so was excluded due to its incompleteness. Either or both of these perks may be included in a future release if edits are made and approved of--so for now, they have been omitted.

Thanks for the useful clarification, Then I suppose I'm going to use TiTsEd to retroactively add Treated Readiness and Dumb4Cum to my bimbo PC, and do the same for Cum Highs once its code is added to the next public build. It has been far too much playthrough development since I got my Steele Treated, for me to bother doing it any other way.
