New Texas Shower Fivesome

In the TiTs wiki it mentions that the threesome in the shower can proc into a fivesome. Does anybody know how to start that scene?

You should be able to just ask the other two the second time you do it. Certainly that was the case last time I tested it.

How do I trigger that scene in the first place? Can't find anything on the wiki about it.

Be male treated and meet Cora. If those are true she'll turn up at the milker from time to time and the option will be there.
