New Texas bar question.

For those of you how've been playing TiTs for the last while, you might have noticed the Bar in New Texas has a room on either side of the main area, to the left is a staircase, and a person to the right, but no option to move towards and interact with either of them. Can anyone tell me what they are and if you can interact with them ? thanks.

I believe that at least one of the squares will be for the Broodmare Bordello, which Night Trap has mentioned previously in his NT content.

Ah finally I was wondering what those rooms were for. Now I can stop checking that area and hoping it unlocks or something lol.
