New Tease Skill?

Hey all!

Just found an 'oral tease' skill in the tease menu in combat? How do i use it?

I'm probably missing something super obvious here, but i figured it was worth asking!

You need the myr venom perk from the red myr pill. I'm sure there are going to be other ways to use and train oral tease in the future but as far as I know, this is it.
