New Anno Dream?

Firstly, from what I can see, the Anno-related dreams are Halloween-focused, so make sure that it is around Halloween or make sure that toggle is active if using the seasonal override cheat code. For the one with Anno and Sera, it requires Anno and Sera to be crew members and a total of 4 or more crew mates onboard the ship. For the "werewolf lady" dream, it just requires Anno to be a crew member and Steele to have a penis.
Keep in mind that if any "wake up" events are queued (such as for Anno, Bess/Ben or Kase), they will override the triggering of dreams from happening. If your character is using the Sleep Fapnea device, make sure that the device is turned off or set to the proper setting before having them sleep.

Do you mean the new Anno boob dream? If so, Steele must have tits and genitals, cannot be a taur, and Anno cannot be huskar. If all that is satisfied, there is a 25% chance the normal Anno sleep scene will be replaced with the dream scene.
Should probably turn sleep fapnea off as well. It will make it harder to get the scene because it will keep bringing up other dreams.

Correct, it will not be captured by the sleep fapnea. It is special and doesn't trigger like a normal dream. It replaces the normal Anno "bed time" scene when it triggers.
