As for kinks, we're trying to establish a narrative where you can get into progressively dirtier stuff/bdsm/hardcore over time as the player starts off on the normal side but over time he gets more and more aggressive/dominating as he realizes it's a world of women who just want to get sexually destroyed. It hasn't gotten that far in yet as there's one main sex scene at the end of the full demo for Patrons.

We want to make it so locations open up in the world as the story progresses and you find those spots and can call girls to them to do things to them.

I think a major point I didn't make was magic will be involved in the sexual activities which we want to explore. Probably exploring bondage/insertion/projection (we were considering shooting the main character's consciousness into other bodies for example as part of that). We have a lot of ideas to explore now that the basic narrative is established.
