So I was reading up on it on the wiki and grumbling about how annoying it is that so man fun perks are locked behind it, when I noticed that the "amazon" version seems to not include anything that makes you a bimbo... just stronk, and a little bit of (hopefully avoidable) lactation. Is it possible to go all the way to getting all the perks that Amazonian Treatment gives (except the treated milk) without any sort of bimbofication?

Sidenote, do people want a TF that gives various Treatment-like perks (notably Fuck Sense, Inhuman Desire, Pheromone Cloud, Amazonian Needs, Treated Readyness, Amazonian Endurance/Virility) without the bovine transformations, the bimbofication, and the lactation?

(Seriously, it's like my three most disliked kinks all rolled into one, and hten have some of the hottest perks locked behind it... D: )

Whenever you take the Treatment, RNG decides which Treatment variant you get out of the following 4:
  • A normal bull variant (the Brute stuff)
  • A normal cow variant (the Bimbo stuff)
  • A rare Fauxcow variant (basically traps)
  • A rare Amazon variant (which is what you want and doesn't include any Bimbo stuff)
So if you want the Amazon variant, you need to either savescum (and I've heard that having an already amazonian PC helps), save edit or use a cheatcode

I've also heard about a Cumcow variant, but I don't know much about it.

Pretty sure it'd get veto'ed by Fen&co

Cumcow is a bimbo herm cow with a fixation on cum. Comes with a Dumb4Cum perk that lowers int until you swallow from someone/yourself. Brings some auto-fellatio perks to go with it.

The supreme Fenlord has a big horsecock/cowgirl fetish, so the horsecock/cowgirl tf gets mary sue powers. In general, perks with practical effects are not allowed to be attached to tfs, exceptions are made for fluff and flavor in certain cases. You could use the save editor to add treatment perks to your character without muddling with the treatment.

Well, I shamelessly savescum already, so that's not a problem for me!

Why's that? The treatment stuff will still be there for the (apparantly many) who like it.

I don't like using save editors for some reason... It just feels kinda fake, even though that's a completely irrational thought when I constantly savescum so that I've never lost a fight and look perfect. \*shrug\*

I think I might try writing something anyway... Might be smart to spread it out over multiple things though, so that it's not a one-pill-get-everything thing. Maybe make it really expensive too...

Maybe a male version of Amazonia, so that instead of Queen of the Jungle perk (which functions like Pheromone Cloud), you get Pheromone Cloud?

And then maybe something succubus flavoured for the "inhuman desire" stuff...

I've gone the Amazon route with several Steeles, and I can confirm that there's no bimbo outcomes. Take a look at this article for the chances and what you need to do to get the Amazon result: https://wiki.smutosaur.us/TiTS/Treatment_Medipen Not sure if I'm just lucky, but I've never got the "Milkazon" perk.

Best thing to do is to save your game, then give yourself the Treatment and sleep. A full sleep will get the process started, and it's pretty easy to tell from the first effects it tells you about what version you're getting. If your Steele is female and you start getting messages about thinking about bull-boys and making your codex's display pink, it's the Cowgirl version. Making sure your Steele has a dick and some tone is the best way to get the Amazon version. And remember that some gains aren't guaranteed, so saving and sleeping and seeing what you get might be your best option.

Yeah, and unfortunately it's gated behind the Brute Speech perk, which makes it an instant dealbreaker for me. The dumb bro/bimbo stereotype is intensily unappealing to me, which is (part of) why I've never looked into the treatment before today.

thanks for your tips! Seems like I'll be testing out the Treatment on my "sex addict Steele" character! (As in, more sex addicted than all the other ones)

After all, a succubus should be insanely libidous, after all

Recycling assets (in moderation) can be fun. I imagine balancing it will be difficult, but I also would enjoy those perks not being permalocked behind the treatment.

Pheromone cloud is already available in no less than 4 flavors, so feel free to write whatever spin of that you like.

I would generally avoid writing anything that offers potentially positive combat boosts (raising hp, shield, lust caps, raising resistances, defense, evasion etc.). CoC fell into a deep pit of one or two forms providing a somewhat minor combat boost, which of course made most of the build-minded players favor it as pure or hybridized as their champian's form.

One more local example of potential combat boosts being neutered out is Amber Seed's hollow bones perk, which was meant to grant negative kinetic resist and a small evasion boost, but this was not included in the final version. Unfortunately, any iteration of inhuman desire falls into this pit by definition. (Pheramone cloud as well, but its already kinda out there several times over)

What you can do is write effects that assist the player outside of combat. We have two flavors of perks countering energy drain from orgasm thus far, we have two flavors of perks nullifying Uveto's enviornmental cold, we have a perk that unlocks a (intentionally) useless combat action, and several smut scenes, we have a perk that adds another dream to the dream encounter pool. Be creative.

One thing thats important is creating justification for these perks. Futazona perks, for example, come as part of a larger package. As irritating as it is, this larger package justifies the existance of these perks. Creating a grant-a-perk item without greater purpose, catch or fine print will pretty much be rejected unless your writing drives Fen to spontaneous orgasm.

Also, i really must stress this: When in doubt, ASK Fen if it's okay. He's on Fen Discord from time to time, if you are patient you can ask him what is and isn't allowed in item-granted perks.
