Can someone help me? I'm trying to find a game where you are a girl, 'fighting' other girls, trying to get them to have an orgasm before you in order to win, and you will get money for doing this, using that money to get 'upgrades' and other items to help you win more.

Nightgames is currently for playing as a guy fighting girls (unless you're playing the mod, but I don't know how complete playing as a girl is there).  So it might not be what you're looking for.

There's a Nightgames mod on the tfgamessite website that allows you to play as a girl. Not sure how much different it is from the original game, however.
