I played a mostly text rpg game a year or so ago where you were strapped into a VR unit at the beginning, and had to find your way through the various levels to escape.
You started off in a bedroom on a dungeon level. Within the first room or two was a throne that was one of the many things that could tf/tg you. There was a minotaur on the first level that was imprisoned, and a dungeon guard that could impreg you if you started female or were tg to it.
Later levels included a witch, a haunted house full of cultists that worshiped an eldritch horror, and so on.
