Necroing my own thread with a content update allowed?

I just updated the spreadsheet in my "dual-wield dmg test redux" thread. Thing is the thread had no new comments for a year, but I wanna bump it, so people know of the updates.

Am I allowed to do that? Or should I just post the spreadsheet in a new thread?
