Advanced sex-fighting game NakedFighter3D finally has a brand new demo available to download. This release includes most of the features currently available in 2022.6 game build:

  • Multiplayer or Solo experience - play alone or have a sex-fight with other players.
  • Virtual Playground. A sandbox mode where you can chat with other players, roleplay, run with WASD keys and use submissions on other people.
  • Advanced tournament creation. Up to 64 unique characters in a battle you design;
  • The most advanced character creator among adult games. With tons of wardrobe items including dresses, casual outfits, sexy costumes, and martial arts gear.
  • Huge moves&animation library. Hundreds of handcrafted & motion-captured animations with sex submissions, humiliation holds, wrestling abilities, etc
  • Character Stats/Ability customization. Advanced RPG-style system to build a unique fighter.

And if you like the demo or willing to add some custom features to the game - please, consider joining my Patreon to support the development and get the full game version. Seriously, folks. It's a pure indie one-man-project and only your support can keep this project alive!

This is very interesting! The models and animations look great, the character customization is excellent, and I'm always interested in sex-fighting & catfighting games. That said, I do have some concerns about how it'll work as an online PvP game.

  • How do you connect with another player? Lobbies, matchmaking, posted challenges?
  • Are the fights actually live matches against the other player that you directly control, or is this more of a training experience like in manager modes of wrestling games, where you build up and train/teach your AI to fight but don't personally play as them in the match? I read the About section on your site, but it's worded in a way that seems like it could go either way.
  • Is it multiplayer only? I appreciate the appeal of being able to play against real people, but the longevity of multiplayer-only games is hinged upon a number of fickle factors, like number of available players, a good system for matching players together, the servers staying up, etc. Porn games are fairly niche (erotic fighting games even more so) and my experience with online ones is that players are either very sporadic in showing up (because they only want to be there when they're horny) or they simply disregard the game part and use it merely as a social platform, so my first impression is that there won't be enough players to keep the experience running smoothly. Single matches might be fine for individual players/groups if they build up a clique of people they like to play with, but this is a big deal for newer players, general use, and filling out tournaments.
  • Speaking of tournaments, what sort of prizes are you planning on having for those?
  • What is your planned pricing structure? Free to play with gracious benefits for donators? Cash shop? If there is a cash shop, will it offer gameplay benefits for players that pay more?
  • Are there different stances and positions, like being able to take the mount or sit on someone's face until they force you off, or does it always return to standing after a technique plays out?

All in all, I love the idea, I share a lot of your tastes, and what I've seen so far is super promising, so I'm definitely keeping an eye on this one. I hope it pans out!

P.S. What's "Nature Damage"?

Hey! Thanks for the kind words. Also, your concerns are very deep, so let me explain a bit.

  1. It’s all about posting challenges. Any “Character” can create a challenge, and other characters could pick it up. Player can have many characters, so this mechanism can be used for “playing with yourself”. This way you can play single mode. Also it will be predefined NPC to challenge.
  2. Yes, it’s not a direct control game. You develop your character increasing characteristics and learning abilities. It’s a strategy part. When you create a challenge – you define a moves that will be used in this specific fight and assign attack & defense points (it’s a tactic part)
  3. In two words: it will be a singleplayer. It will be possible to play without internet connection. But actually, I use a lot of mechanisms to keep it alive online. Challenges will be available for a long time (like couple of days), so you don’t need other players to be online simultaneously. They can pick up your challenge later. And you don’t direct control the fight, so when you’ll return later it will be ready to show you the match. But you still can pick up your own challenges with your other chars. I’m using a free tier PlayFab as a server solution and it could be alive even longer than me (and will function even without my support).
  4. I don’t have clear vision of tournaments for now. First of all I want to build a core and then enchant it piece by piece.
  5. It will be free to everyone. And I hope to fund it via patreon support from thous, who like the idea and want to keep the game developing and enchanting. I’m not a big fan of pay-to-win models, so the benefits my supporters will get will not influence the gameplay.
  6. In first release (very basic, core functions) they will stand all the time before they fall and loose. But the main idea is to enchant it with attacking the grounded person, facesitting, grappling, throws, sexual stimulation and other fun stuff we all appreciate.

How is the support for body shapes? the characters presented on your homepage have a similar build and shape, how far can you push that?

Looking pretty good. It's mostly just morphing the same model but I'm quite happy with this considering how little thought its usually given in pretty much most games. (Not even limited to adult games) - I assume based on the games title that there are no plans for clothing options, but what about accessories like earrings or wristbands etc. ?

Will there be sex or is this just a nude fighter game? If there is sex you should make a fetish list of what is included, what will be included and what wont.

I think about including sex as a possible “finisher” after the fight. Starting from a regular sex and than I will add a votings for the patreon members to decide what should be added next

OK you should put that in the initial post so that your potential audience knows exactly what they are getting.

The male customization is rather barebones right now. No hairstyles, only bald guys. Muscles look awfully edgy and artificial and there is only the tiny cock with no changes to lenght and girth. I understand that it is a work in progress, but it feels off when right from the start the male is lagging behind the female in terms of options. :/

I made a polls on my patreon and let my supporters decide what features should be implemented faster than other. And regarding the polls male customization have a quite low priority...

If I may chime in, the earliest build also had this issue. People supporting your work have likely joined because of this game having good female options out of the gate and are interested in mainly that. Doing supporter polls is fine because it tells you what people who already support your game like about it and what to empathize. However, focusing too much into your established fanbase can make it unappealing for a wider audience to join in because the ingrained fans can easily swing the vote their way, meaning people who are in the minority are discouraged from voting in the polls because the things they want to see are being overruled by the paying patrons.

It's of course a risk to steer into a direction that your current fans dont want so naturally you need to strike a balance between holding your audience and attracting more potential customers.

All right. I was waiting for online play and submissions to play this one, but tonight I figured I should step in, try the demo, and say something, as I was one of the first people to show interest and I don't want to discourage and send you away from here. First impressions are good. I've made a cursory list of observations from my little playthrough. I hope it's useful.

  • It is very well animated. I was reserved about the visuals because this sort of ambitious project seems like it could easily turn to vaporware, but so far the delivered quality is excellent. A minor quibble is that the bottom in submissions taps out as part of the animation loop, yet the hold doesn't stop. That just looks weird and feels wrong to me.
  • The menu music is pleasant but quite short; the looping gets repetitive.
  • The battle music feels somehow inappropriate, and also like it's from Mortal Kombat. There's a very similar track in... I believe Deadly Alliance? I can't recall exactly, but it was one of the adventure mode songs from a PS2 MK. The victory jingle also sounds out of place, as if it's from some retro game.
  • Audio settings would be nice. EDIT: Updated demo has settings available.
  • The scroll wheel in menus is a bit unresponsive, and I feel like it could use an increase in sensitivity. It works well in combat though.
  • Character creation isn't bad for the moment, but I'm hoping it gets expanded upon a lot more in the future, so there's plenty of variety in fighters. I like the color you've chosen, but an option for choosing nail color would be appreciated.
  • The male censorship is... questionable. The penis and testes are clearly visible, and the chest is blurred out. I love the erection preview though. It's so floppy!
  • Arm tattoos for male characters are a bit glitchy and remain on the model after moving past them. You can easily reproduce this by swapping through tattoos and keeping an eye on the arms. The tattoo (and sometimes a clipped version of it) will overstay its welcome. Works fine on females.
  • Good variety in tattoo options, but the limited colors are a bit of a bummer. I noticed there isn't quite a yellow make-up color that matches the tattoo yellow, so my piss-soaked skeleton tattoo wasn't quite right.
  • I like the style of icons you have going on with moves. Simple and sort of comic booky. Some of them (like the fig.4 headlock and spanking ones) seem to be in a slightly different style though. Assuming they're from your artist and not stock, it would be nice to see them all have the same lines and shading for the sake of consistency.
  • Do Power Strikes and Special strikes fall under "Extras" (and so are unavailable in the demo)? This needs in-game clarification. EDIT: Power/Special Strikes are available in the updated demo.
  • What's the deal with the pink and purple boxes in Enemy Targeting? This also needs in-game clarification. EDIT: They are indeed for Power/Special Strikes. Still good to clarify in UI.
  • There's a number of English errors. I didn't write them down, but it's worth mentioning before you dump too much text into the game, since you'll probably want someone to go back and sort through all of them at some point.
  • Some tooltips on how the Enemy Targeting and Power Points menus work would be nice.
  • Minor bug: Mousing over an assigned move in Enemy Targeting displays the tool-tip twice.
  • Trying to replace an assigned attack with another assigned attack returns the second move to the library. Ideally, it'd swap their locations or at least put the second move where you want it and place the first one in the cursor's selection (the latter option has the benefit of working when you pull an attack from the library as well).
  • Attacks in the library sometimes stack upon each other inappropriately. I didn't spend time trying to reproduce it, so I can't tell you when it occurs, but it's definitely a thing.
  • You can start a match without assigning any moves. This may actually be a feature for masochistic players, but I still think it warrants a confirmation screen.
  • A toggle for the announcer guy would be nice. He's cheesy and repetitive, and I disagree with his assertion that every single submission is a humiliation.
  • Pacing in combat is slightly on the slow side. It's not bad, but it feels a little artificial at the moment, so I think it could benefit from some more movement (strafing, sizing up, taunts, whatever) between strikes, if that's reasonable to implement. Fading out to show a submission also contributes to this pacing concern, but I sense that's not a thing that's going to change, and it's the lesser of the two anyway.
  • There's an inappropriate sound of rustling clothing when fighters move back and forth.
  • Turn order seems unclear, with the AI attacking up to six times in a row. I'm guessing it's because fighters that have more assigned attacks get more turns. In which case, it's still pretty hefty when I have all of my attacks assigned, so please be careful to not offer a dozen extra moves to Pro/Ultimate players, or they'll demolish free players every time. This is especially concerning because the submissions seem to be much stronger than strikes. My attacks do about six damage, but a single submission runs me about 18 health.
  • The choking voice clips... are effective at what they do, but I wonder if you'd consider making a distinct one for the smothering-type submissions. The noises a person makes when they're being smothered are quite different than the noises they make when being choked or strangled. I thought it was really jarring to hear the choking noises with the foot smother submission.
  • What are these random KOs? Critical hits?
  • The final blow being a strike is pretty anticlimactic, since the strike lands, the attacker steps back, the defender recovers, they reset to their neutral stance, and then the screen slowly fades out. I don't know if it's technically feasible, but perhaps a unique KO animation (or even reuse the critical hit ones) is in order for strikes that finish the match?
  • I did a mirror match against my fighter, and the fight ended with 48-44 as the health scores. Is that normal? Summer always destroys me before long, so I haven't encountered this against her.
  • The camera is a little bit off for some submissions because it can't pan. Not a big deal, but it prevents some angles. EDIT: Middle mouse button pans the camera.
  • Are the finishers working as intended? I didn't see any of them occur.

Hey! Thank you for such a detailed feed back! As I already mention, your understanding of a project are quite deep.
And to be honest I have only one answer to most of your concerns: it's a one-man-project and a solo artist who can't even properly code I always trying to find balance between "the perfect game I want" and what I can actually do alone in a decent time. So NF3D is full of compromises and solutions that could be described like "ok, it's not that bad, let's stay with it". Nevertheless, I put some of the glitches you found to the to-do list and will try to get rid of them.

Also i'm going to make some proper help and descriptions. People from the community around NF3D are used to the way it works, but I see that for folks from outside some of the concepts are not clear. Thanks for your support!

Sure, you do you. It's a fairly long list of items (I am not a concise person. My post history makes this very clear), but you should know I'm not hounding you to make a perfect game. Nobody reasonable expects perfection in anything. I'm just pointing out things of note for your consideration so you can decide what to focus on. I'm certain there are many more pressing matters than the rustling of ghost clothing, but at least now it's on the radar if it wasn't before.

Truth be told, I like what you've done so far; I can see a lot of potential in the project. I just don't like to post short or non-constructive things, and I'm relatively blunt, so my feedback reports tend to resemble heartless shredding of the work. No worries though, it's all in the name of striving for excellence. Keep up the good work.

Tried it out. Few thoughts:

-Demo is incredibly unfair. The opponent gets to use a whole set of moves you aren't allowed to put on your character.

-Demo is also incredibly poorly balanced. Putting 20 points into right leg and skipping every attack not made with it is a winning strategy, you always ko the enemy with 20+ damage kicks or even can pull of a string of 3 kicks each hitting for a truckload of damage.

-There is no communication in what each of the attacks does, how stats work, what affects move choice or really any information. This is just blind guessing and hoping for rng at the moment.

Yeah, this needs a major gameplay update, right now this is just looking at a very limited set of animations which play out at random, with your character (outside of gaming the system) likely gets completely bodied.

Actually, demo version is not intended to "play and win the game". The purpose of demo is demonstrating the principles of gameplay, overall idea, mechanics and the quality I could achieve. With this demo I'm looking for the people that will believe in my project, will share my ideas and will help me to build the game. Of course you need a Pro or Ultimate versions to really play, especially in multiplayer.
Nevertheless, sex-games is not something you only play for winning.upload_2019-2-15_23-31-8.gif Even with demo version it's possible to enjoy a decent fight show.

Character abilities and proper balancing are only in que. I can't actually balance it before the full core mechanics will be implemented. But even in this state "one leg with 20 point" are not the only winning strategy ;)

And of course you're right. Proper tool-tips, explanation & documentation are coming either. Just need to finish the core stuff and I will concentrate on explanation how it works.

I do not see the point of a demo then if this isn't even close to the actual gameplay. Besides, I'm not seeing the point of gameplay elements if they are supposedly not what it is about. This is a video game, of course I'm trying to win.

sooo does this game has actual sex-fighting; as in the chick wrestle-locks the guy and rides it out (or that other way around)?

Okokay. Finally caved in and got the demo.

+Stunning avatars from the creator
+not an actual action based mortal kombat; but spend points and watch the action
-(currently?) its more (only?) about punching/kicking ko than sexfighting exhaustion/cumming ko

Not sure how submissions can play out since greyed out, but my guess from the AI use (and the small amount of positions) is they are specials in between the punching and kicking. One cannot really build the avatar towards a submission only using fighter? A kind of ultimate surrender/evolved fights style combat is not be really possible I guess. At least now. Maybe different combat modes come in the future? I keep my oglers glued in here.

Do avatars gain points in fights? So one can have a "main" and grow her over time? Possible to also save skill mapping? I tried a few fights and after the third or fourth remapping the skills again it became a bit tedious.

If I remember correctly, submissions just was disabled for demoversion. In full version submission-only fight are possible. Skill remapping and gain scores are coming in next versions, not working yet but are already in my to-do list :D
