Myrellion randomly exploded

So this could likely be because I loaded a relatively older save (like 2 months or so old? Maybe a bit more) but I went down to Myrellion to look for Sophora encounters and while I was near the area where Jack gets kidnapped I randomly got an E-Mail from Dane that was like "whoa you blew the planet up?". I was a bit confused but I continued exploring Myrellion a bit anyway and then eventually just flew off of it. That's when I realised I can't come back. It's under nuclear winter now. I think I would remember nuking the entire planet.
And yes this E-Mail from Dane also contained the data for the next probe location, despite the fact that i've already cleared Zheng Shi and have also reached Dhaal.

Yeah, that's how it's supposed to work. You set off a nuke in Kara's Quest to blow up the pirate base, but you are on a planet in the middle of a cold war and that has, uh, consequences.

The game will adapt to this choice, and many NPCs will still be present, albeit in new locations.

Could you perhaps provide the initial save? I don't think that should be able to happen unless you actually did KaraQuest and selected the "blow up base" option that you get after talking to the Black Void AI.

Sure, here's the save.
I don't remember what I picked during Kara's Quest and I doubt I blew the place up, but regardless, even if I did blow the planet up there should have been no reason for me to be able to land on it and freely move around for a long while.

It says explicitly in the "Logs" section of the codex, located next to the Encounters button, that you had activated the nuke. How you managed to stay on the planet after WAS initially beyond me, but I eventually found out why when I decided to blow up Myrellion myself.

Apparently, going back to Myrellion no longer triggers a scene that forces you to walk back into your ship and fly away. This apparently causes the game to bug out; and interestingly enough, there seems to now be an option to park your ship in the Deep Caves? Which is triggered by visiting Myrellion again while still on Myrellion. For my save, this seems to have only been the case because I successfully dominated Taivra before doing the KaraQuest mission. I have not yet tried waiting long enough so that I could then check if Myrellion is eventually perma-locked from ever being visited; but given that your save is in the same circumstance as mine, I am more than willing to bet that you being locked out of Myrellion completely is dependent on your save. Even then; in this position the game doesn't exactly stop one from going ahead and entering the two cities that are supposed to be in a nuclear winter with each other, you can just press Q and ascend to No Myr's Land.

Also, VERY interestingly, there's the first ever instance of a horizontal scroll bar here. Everything attached for your viewing pleasure and convenience. Note that in this save I had dominated Taivra instead of forging an alliance/partnership.

Edit: Some folks in Fenoxo's Discord said that the reason you may not be able to re-visit Myrellion is because you chose to make an alliance instead of marrying/dominating Taivra. That might be why you cannot visit anymore. This also might be due to you never actually claiming the probe, which is Taivra's throne.
