My game clock is now running at 10 minutes per tile movement. Is this a glitch?

I am not sure if this is a glitch or if I clicked a clock control accidentally.
I had just greeted Paige onboard my ship for the first time.
This is also affecting earlier saves, when I load them.

IIRC, certain things will slow you down, like huge balls. Go large enough, and you can't move at all.

Time per tile can also vary depending on location. On this note, it takes 5 minutes per tile in your spaceship, but 1-2 minutes per tile in most places outside, which... doesn't make much sense really, given ships are considerably smaller than external locations; yet it can take half an hour or more to get from boarding ramp to your cabin and back.
