I’ve been trying to get the perk, which I managed to get it once, but I wanted to ask, what’s the best way to revert back to half kaithrit, after I’ve got the perk?

Are you asking how to keep the perk? If the wiki says you have to be like 4/5ths to keep the perk then you will need to worry but if it just says "eat this transform to get this perk" and has no loss mechanic then you can keep it permanently without repercussions when you change to something else usually.

i tried nepeta and it worked, since it gives you human skin
