So was curious how many of us actually grow more than one dick on their Champion. I've tried it for a while and the few scenes I found that used it were nice but it seems like the majority of the content (I'd argue pretty close to 80% or more) doesn't have a use for it or even mention that you have more than one cock.

Does anyone have a working list of what characters make use of it? I know majority of the Kitsunes don't even touch on it. Brienne has one scene as does Atugia and Cait (only for a specific path of the anal scene with her). I don't think any of the other companions do. I know Kas has some.

I used to for some characters, but I don't any more, it's ignored too often and it just becomes silly. I go for tentacle (plant or demon) instead for the characters I want to explore the very few scenes that even cares about that, since the tentacles can just form into one member the 80%+ of the time anything else gets ignored.

It's not really my thing so I don't do it on a permanent basis but I've briefly done it with a Champ (and my Steele in TiTS) to see some of the scenes out of curiosity.

I do it more for TiTS than for CoCII as I think TiTS scenes use it far more than with CoCII. I like the idea of it, but if you start to think about it logically (logic with porn? madness I know.) I feel like the extra dong would just get in the way if not being used, uncomfortable in some positions at least... potentially painful depending on what's happening; the logistics doesn't feel like it would work. Weird to think about regarding a porn game, but just how my brain is.

I think it would be neat if we could get a version of the ghost light piercing for dudes to give us a second cock for those scenes if we don't want to go the tentacle route.

Nope not for CoC2, only 1 of my Steeles in TiTs have 2 cocks, and that more for certain npcs.

IIRC, there are a few NPC that deal with the double D. I do know Gytha in the Frostwoods you can double penetrate, as well as Lusina in harvest valley and Mare Village. There's the salamander sibling's twin buttjob in your dreams after the CoM event. You got the threesome with Senja and Meira in Evergreen's house. There's the Hellhound by herself. Even Cait when you prone-bone her after the initial anal if you have the libido for it.
