Heeey. I've been lurking here for a while and finally decided to break my social awkwardness by posting a concept I've had for some time.
In TiTS, we got all sorts of Multi-thing TFs. We got the multi-dicks, the multi-balls, the multi-boobers, the multi-vags, the multi-nips, the multi-horns, the multi-ears. Multi lots of things. Which is fantastic, I love me some multi-kinks. However I've noticed there's a glaring lack of Multi-bums. Me being a depraved pervert was a bit crestfallen at that fact but then decided you know what I'll make my own concept for that because that is what's important to me in life right now, obviously.
Anyway, I don't know if Multi-assholes are a frowned upon subject because I could not find one scrap of anything related to it. So hopefully it's just a case of no one writing it yet.
This is a concept for a 'booster' TF item known as "ImmunoSup Type-1". Short for the extremely cleverly named "Immunity Supplement Type-1". Lore-wise, it was designed as a cheap and easy immunity system booster for fringe colonies where resources are scarce. A means to quickly provide bacterial protection to a large group of people without breaking the bank. It uses nanites to effectively 'scrub and optimize' the consumers immune system and digestive tract in preparation for potential bacterial invasions on foreign worlds. Of course, being made by the lowest bidder, cheap nanites aren't exactly the most reliable and it is prone to a few side effects. As a result it was eventually discontinued and replaced, however ImmunoSup was created in such vast quantities that it can still be purchased in outer-rim colonies. Granted, it's price has inflated over time. ImmunoSup can be overdosed to even weirder side effects. This could likely be purchased on Tarkus and Zheng-Shi mainly. It could also be an extremely rare drop from pirate/outlaw enemies.
-ImmunoSup Type-1 has a run time of 5 hrs.
-Immediately gives the "Boosted Immunity" buff, which temporarily provides a +5 to Physique and a 50% resistance to foreign diseases (if any) for 5 hours.
-Every 1 hr gives a +10 to energy.
-Every 1 hr increases anal looseness by a small margin. (say by 0.50)
-If the player overdoses within the 5 hours of the first dose, the following will occur immediately:
-Massive increase of lust and energy by +50.
-Increases size of anus (Not in terms of pumped/puffiness because that's what Anusoft does. This is more diameter/width increase so it could work well in-tandem with Anusoft.)
-Once anus reaches a certain size, 50% chance to grow another anus. (Likely can only have 3 maximum, same as vaginas.)
Open to criticism as this is a bit of a base concept. The gist of it is a medical item mishap, resulting in bits you wouldn't normally have as a result of over-zealous (and cheaply made) nanites
