Moving the elf boy to camp

on advice from my necropost (sorry), I wanted to know if it would be possible to invite the elf boy to camp to free up the already content heavy old forest section

Shameless self-plug. I did an entire expansion in an attempt to get the elf boy out of the woods and into the wayfort. If I manage to get it accepted, this will be resolved.
