Moving Riya between stations?

Once Riya is moved to Canadia, she can be moved back to Tarvos. Can she be tennis-ball'd back and forth between stations?

I had reported her on Canadia without realizing it would move her back to Tarvos. Now I want her back on Canadia.

If this cant be done "organically" in the game, im assuming there is a way to do it via save edit?

Yeah it literally just moves her between stations each time I think.
