Involves roses falling from the sky and lesbianism. They literally dance on a giant mirror suspended high in the air flooded by water that the reflects the night sky while tonnes of roses rain from the sides into a never ending stairwell.

Love this movie. ^_^

Toradora got pretty over the top near the end, though describing it makes it sound really mundane. Didn't like it any less for it, of course.

Eureka Seven and Hoshi no Samidare both had a "plummeting from the sky while spinning and kissing" scene.

In Dead Leaves the main characters manage to have sex while in full body straitjackets. They then give birth to a god. That whole movie is over the top.
