FoE has a whole class for this, but there's nothing similar for TiTS. What stats/class/race would you guy say works best for this type of character?

As far as I'm aware, nothing but gear and the actual tease skill is of any help towards tease damage. So play merc because it's the most powerful class otherwise.

Some people will recommend that you play a tech and use weapons that inflict lust damage instead of physical damage, such as the Lust Ray.

These people are silly. There are many enemies that cannot be defeated through lust damage, either because they're immune or because they have means of quickly resetting their lust. Using a lust weapon gives up one of your means of dealing with these types of enemies, for no practical gain over spamming the tease skills that every character has from the moment they start the game.

And spamming is the key word here. Use teases at every opportunity from the moment you start play and you'll quickly reach rank 100 in each of them, at which point it should only somewhere between two and four turns of shaking your ass to defeat any enemy who can be beaten by lust. Frankly, even Sexiness-boosting gear is unnecessary unless you're determined to squeeze out every last point that you can. In that case, you'll want the Hardlight Bra from Uveto and the Cowprint Garter from New Texas, unless a better undergarment's come out that I haven't seen yet.

Class choice is basically irrelevant to lust combat. A range-focused mercenary is the best class, followed by a melee merc, then a smuggler, then a shield tech, then a drone tech. You can beat everything with even the weakest class, but you'll curbstomp nearly anything with a merc.

With the volley, weapon tweaks, second shot skills (which any tech that isn't purposefully gimping themselves will have), and the Advanced Slut Ray, the average damage is around 60 points per turn. That's hardly no practical gain. It's not like you can't carry around an addition weapon as well, as the enemies that are immune to lust are generally bosses in dungeons that you will want to be carrying multiple weapon types for anyways. I'm not disagreeing that grinding tease skills is a good idea, but asserting that anyone who uses lust weapons is silly is incorrect.

Gemstone Links gives 10+ Sexy and 5+ Evasion, sold on Uveto. Its Main Body gear. So I think the Cowprint Garter (leotard?) isn't top choice anymore. There is also Nova Goo armor breaks off from the PC to do its own teasing.

Mercs? What makes you say that? 2nd Wind & Take Cover? I switched from a range merc to smuggler for the natural evasion to everything. Merc took to many hits, or at least that is how I felt before switching. So I'm curious of your take on it.

There was some rumors and even Savin teasing about possible another class that works mainly around use of tease but as pointed above much easier jsut beat traditionaly black and blue enemies than use tease that best work on likes of Amara.

Thee has two main choices for lust tactics

Tech Specialist
  • High shields, hide behind them while you smut it up
  • Energy weapon proficiency, combine with Bimboeum Raygun

Smuggler
  • High evasion, which works since lots of evasion armors give sexy and vice versa
  • Aimed shot with smut weapons is highly effective

To address the OP first: I play Techie. I always play techie. I don't care if I'm gimping myself or not I like the class more than the others.

Sexy gear:
Upper Garment: Hardlight Anti-Grav Bra - +5
Lower Garment: Male Thong or Cock Pastie - +3
Armor: Gemstone Links - +10

If you want to get something that is moderately good for combat OTHER than lust. I suggest the Gray Goo Armor (A.K.A.: Nova), Transparent Zip Suit, or Armstrong Suit(Premium); depending on whether you want defense or shield bonus I put the zip suit in there because I don't know what the stat fortification does so I cannot account for it in any kind of min/maxing.

There is a lot of good tips here, but I haven't seen perks being touched on. Are there combinations that are particularly effective in lust combat, or any that allows teasing to become as potent as techie raygun hijinks?

Aimed shot and volley are your main choices for offensive perks. Your big question is what you defensive options are, because armor with high sexy generally does not have much armor rating.

because there are none.
I thought that Sexy Thinking and such might help with damage, but that would naturally utterly ruin any proper techie build.

Schlock Mercenary lied to me.
But yes, that entirely makes sense. Thanks.

There are in fact a handful of perks that are supposed to help with lust combat "Pheremone Sweat" from the male treatment is one example, there are others as well. I do NOT believe that any of them has actually been implemented in a way that actually effects combat, but I'd have to do some research that I don't actually care enough to do in order to be certain.

If I were not a die hard Tech Specialist player for personal reasons, I would strongly consider Techie for the shield benefits as a lust combat player. I may be missing some kind of merc/smuggler skills because I've never played them, but my minor research into them was utterly lacking in anything that was strong enough to pull me away from techies.

Did you read my suggestions? The Gray Goo Armor, and the Zip Suit are both second ONLY to the Gemstone Links in sexiness, and both have a solid defense boost of some kind.
