There isn't a section where you just ask for things. There's a "content you want added" thread, but that's about it. If you're not going to write it. (And a lot of these are Savin characters, so I really really doubt he'd even let you) It's really not going to go anywhere, to be honest. Writers have more ideas than they'll write, they're not asking for yours. In the rare case they are, they want money for it.

Of that list only Reaha has any chance of happening imo and Savin certainly won't do it himself, which is fine I just remember him saying that he doesn't have a problem with someone else writing it for cured Reaha. Provided it's not shit.
