I don't know if this has ever been asked before, but is there/ will there ever be a way to get multiple rows of breasts, other than the gold pill?

Through Galomax you can get more rows.

According to the wiki, "Steele can only grow up to 3 breast rows total (5 rows if Steele is a non-gel Goo or Naga)", so I hope we get another (hopefully dedicated) item one day.
