This might be a really dumb question but are there mods for CoC2? I've tried looking and found a bunch for COC but none for CoC 2. Unless the ones I saw just didn't specify they where for CoC 2. I'm asking cause I just want a simple mod that allows me to get multiple of the starting sexual perks.

No, the devs don't condone mods for this game precisely because of the clusterfuck that is the modding of CoC1. If you want multiple starting perks you can edit your save but they don't really support that either which is why the game will nag you for eternity about having done it.
There will probably be ways to acquire more of the starting perks in-game as time goes on. Right now you can replicate Infertile with Blank Powder/Brown Leaf and drink Red Cow Wine to get Libidinous.
