Modification options to NPCs

Quick question

I love how I can modify the PC easily and practically do anything with her. However are there characters that can be modified by the actions of the PC?

I know that Celise can somewhat do it with her boobs and frame when you ask her to shrink or grow back. But are there any other characters that have similar mechanics or maybe quests (e.g.: giving them an item to use)?

Yes, loads. Not EVERY character, and no character has anywhere near the customization options as the PC, but lots of them have options to increase chest/dick/ass size, change or add sexual organs, etc.

To add to Savin's reply, some NPCs require you giving them certain transformative items while some just require saying "yes" when they ask you if they should do something. Each NPC's wiki entry will give a rundown of what's required if the NPC doesn't specifically state what they need.

Some will also have other requirements like reaching specific levels of affection.
