Mitzi x Kiro threesome is greyed out while both are part of the crew

This looks to be intentional as the threesome scene is only available for the non-Bimbo variant of Kiro. I do think it that scene should have a bimbo variant since it only makes sense. I have made some clarity edits for the next release. If and when that content is ever written, the button should now display tooltips describing why Kiro isn't available as an option.
