Missing Slyvie??

Since having Ushamee on Canadia, Slyvie has gone missing. On the codex it says she's active and in the bar but when Steele arrives Ushamee is in her place.

From my experience, they can't be in the bar at the same time. Pass the time and eventually, Sylvie will show up.
