Make sure you're on the latest: 0.9.029-PUBLIC#2748. There was a hotfix for this, but it's not in the patchnotes. 'Zera' has access to all crewmembers.

It was impossible to accept Anno's invitation because the default Ship buttons overrode it.
Now I'm having trouble getting Anno to invite at all. I don't think Syri can invite as Crew, either.
