Mirrin Pregnancy Event Failed?

I did the event where Steele and Mirrin attempt to have a baby, and chose the Live Preg option there was an error in the cutscene about missing vagina something, and usually afterwards Steele's just guaranteed pregnant. But when I went to the nursery for Steele to go into maternity it said they weren't pregnant. I even checked Reproductivity Stats and it showed no active pregnancies. Mirrin still moved to Tavros like she normally does.

Idk if it's a bug or what but yeah, no signs of there being a Torri. (Kinda sad knowing Mirrin's waiting on a baby that's not there)
