Heya, all. I'm new here, and I have a question.
When you start a new game, at the menu where you select your affinity, the textbubble for Willpower reads "and strengthen your own psionics, should a person of human descent somehow gain mind powers."
I've been playing for some time now, but have yet to discover such a thing. Are they implemented in the game yet? And if yes, what exactly are they?
