Is the event suppose to get you pregnant if you use the female options? Especially with the silly mode version? I chose both and even with my normal luck with Milodens on my Steele no pregnancy insued. Soo is it chance or suppose tobe garanteed?

It isn't a guarantee however if Steele only has one vagina, only two loads of Milodan male cum will be injected (an additional 6 loads if silly mode is active). Steele receives 3 loads per vagina if there are multiple wombs available. So your Steele's oven can be basted with 2 servings of cum at the minimum and up to 15 at the maximum. There is also a fertility modifier during the scene (and another one in silly mode). Of course this is assuming that I'm reading the code correctly (I'm a "nub" so it's possible that I'm wrong). If I am correct (or close enough I suppose) the only explanation I have for you not getting your Steele impregnated is that you offended RNJesus.
Now I'm wondering about the other side of the fence. Is there any content supporting the male breeding option? I opted to breed the ladies rather than be bred.
