Milk Fountain suggestion

Why wouldn't hypermilky PC's not have this perk by default? Perhaps as an extra effect of lactaid overdrive or aquiring the perk naturally after reaching a certain production level?
A similar thing could be done to "auto-fellatio queen" but with Milk in stead of cum, since Cumcows basically cum milk anyway.
