At the 48 hour though does the pc realize she is a "Milk Amazon" or she call herself an "Amazon" still?
Cause if she calls herself amazon still who knows i may have already triggered it and didn't know.

There isn't a difference, Milk Amazon is a perk you might miss is all. Amazon treatment is just gaining the amazon branch, with perks that may or may not show up like that one.

Funny thing, i got the treated milk perk but i was skipping the text over and over and i didnt see if my Steele said Amazon or Milk Amazon at the 48 hours.

No, the amazon is just amazon. The effects, such as perks and text displayed change per usage. Otherwise you'd get the perks you want without having to worry. You might get HHH Cup tits, or maybe your feminine stats increase. Your butt could swell up and your hips test the breaking point of your skirt as they widen. Who knows what'll happen. One thing for certain, you're gonna get bigger somehow unless you're as big and strong as one gets.

Edit: Thats about all the "branching" effect you'll see, if you don't meet the New Texan body type of whatever you got, Cum-cow or Amazon, whatever it is. It helps bring you up to snuff randomly.
