Meeting Kyna.

I've been trying to see if I can meet Kyna in the Slum's Tavern but she hasn't appeared once, although I've tried many times.

Is this something just affecting me or have others been affected with not meeting her?

Not for the forseeable future, since ReaperX doesn't seem to be coming back, and QB, LD and I have our own projects and fetishes to attend to.
