I can't believe that none of us didn't realize this before. Meadow is planning to replace all of Steele tech's staff (excluding some friends lovers (whom she probably has children with)) with her own children. Ensuring not only that Steele Tech stays a "family" business, but becomes a family business. And not only that she plans to only allow those of her blood birthline (and maybe the most valuable of their partners) to join her company.

And as an added bonus by fathering/birthing the staff of an entire megacorp (from the lowest unpaid intern to the board themselves) she will be worshipped as a true living fertility goddess (and become the arch-rival of Tamani Inc. when Steele tech starts selling fertility drugs and Meadow claims these drugs are how she got such divine fertility).

Hail the fertility, hail meadow.
