Saw somewhere maximum vaginal wetness is 5 but mine is currently 5.1? Wanted to figure out how to max it out and wanted to know if it was a glitch or something

I'm pretty sure you can only max it to 10(you have been reclasified as a river)
There's a hard limit on some TF's which I believe is at 10.
But there are ways in-game without cheating where you can increase vaginal wetness.
1. Mhenga, the Vanae when you defeat a Vanae Huntress (not the young ones) and have sufficient luse, you can choose [Milk Bath] and the results from that encounter will increase wetness by .1
2. Bored Jumper pregnancies. Will increase wetness by a substantial amount per pregnancy.

With just that amount of wetness and everything else on minimum you would have a capacity of 626.4
