Well if by 'max corruption' you mean taking every choice that either spreads corruption or at least doesn't stop it when you have the choice, you're going to lock yourself out of Azzy by default so she's out of the running. If you don't want to take that step, giving her the Honey Maiden set and leaving her in it for the rest of the game is a close substitute I suppose. Of the remaining companions the ones with obvious 'corruption' content right now that would reflect your planned style would be Cait and Ryn. Building the Catte Temple and encouraging Cait's enthiccening is her 'corrupt' path
per Savin, and right now doing the former is the only way to access some of Kas' content so the two go hand in hand. That same comment is also what leads me to suggest Ryn, since building her back up again is essentially an anti-corruption path, so leaving her at low Confidence (and cranking up her Libido) is effectively a corruption path for her right now. Also per that comment (it's quite versatile, that post!) Ryn and Arona
may have more specific corruption content in the future.
We also know that
Wsan has plans for Demon Brienne and presumably has something planned for Brint too, since Brienne is explicitly
not his 'corruption' path. So they'd make a good companion for a corruption-focused playthrough as well, in anticipation of whatever Wsan has in store. Also, we know Viv has a corruption path planned out by Balak so when she gets into the game she might be an option to consider as well.
We don't really have much of an idea what may be in store for the other companions corruption-wise, except to the extent that corrupting Kiyoko would be incredibly hard due to the metaphysics and it would probably be Very Bad if that happened. It doesn't mean they won't have any corruption content necessarily, we just don't have any indications one way or another. So if you want companions who reflect a run focusing on corruption, focus on the others for now would be my suggestion.
