Maternity Duty?

I'm unclear on what, exactly, Lumia's "maternity duty" entails. What does it do?

It unlocks pregnancy content in the palace and that talk menu also allows you to access Lumia's fertility services.

What sort of pregnancy content? Is it like the surrogacy thing they mention valkyries doing sometimes?

If you're character is properly equipped then yes. It also ties into preg content for the valkyries.

So... Just to be clear. Does opting into Maternity Duty mean the Champ can basically act as a surrogate for another couple and carry a child for them, but the child goes to them afterwards instead of the Hawkethorne nursery?
