Mare's ring doesn't proc Cloak Of The Deep's effect

It does not proc from regen effects from my experience, only direct heals be it singular or group.

Yes, and that could be a bug. That's why I made this thread.

Mare's Ring has an regen heal "The wielder recovers 5% of their max HP each round while in combat.", so it shouldn't proc it.

I think they mean that the cloak's description isn't clear about whether or not regen effects should be proccing it, so them not doing it is a possible bug.
