go to lash to remove them ,then regrow them with what ever TF of your choice

You can't really get rid of the third "boob", though it's really a non-issue in the long term. What it boils down to is that it tells the game (or player) is that instead of a pair of nipples (or nipple clusters) you have three.

According to the wiki, use DracoGuard until you have 2 breasts again. This is the only way to reduce breast number per row

OR Boobswell pads, so you don't have to end up with a bunch of clits and other stuff you don't want. then unequip when you get the size you want.
