Maiden Shield?

I was on the discord a few days ago and saw a screenshot of someone with an item I’d never seen before called the Maiden Shield. Is this a real item? And if so where do I get it?

That is a necklace in possession of Lusina the Big Tittied Moth girl and there is no way to obtain it ingame. You can only get it through the console but I don't know how that works.

In broswer click f12 to open the page view and open the console tab then type pc.addItem(new ITEMS.MaidenShield)
I'm not sure if that's the proper name as I can't check on my phone but it should autofill as you type it out.
