Lust weapon's purpose?

I'm kind of confused by lust weapons.
We have several weapons now of different types--tease, psionic, and drug. Some are pure lust, some are hybrids with regular damage types.
But I don't understand why. In my experience so far, any enemy that's immune to one lust type is going to be immune to all of them, and on regular enemies you're going to get far more mileage out of just using the Tease button or just hitting them with the biggest damage number you can fit into your weapon slots.
So what are they supposed to be for? For that matter, are there any enemies in the game that give different options depending on how you beat them?

Tease is a separate resistance. In theory there could be a situation where the weapons are the better way but they have been nerfed into the ground and afaik anything that resists one resists the other.

Seriously though, I can deal and heal 100+ hp in one turn with the Hirudo. What if I want to cause more than 5-15 lust damage? NOPE
