Lumi not bumping fertility rate

On my most recent PC Lumi never sent me the email saying she'd modded my incubation rate despite being fully addicted to her and having encountered her numerous times (9 I think). The only thing I can figure is that my PC had already bumped her incubation rate quite high (1000%) but I don't recall that being an issue with previous playthroughs.

Lumi is rather strange. If she still works the same way i remember, she can basically give you a couple of random perks that exist in other parts of the game. The perk in question would be breed hungry which can also be gained from various other sources, namely dumbfuck and some Dr.Badger content. So if you already have that perk, Lumi can't grant it again.
