Love Drunk Verusha on Tarvos (Game Version: 0.9.008-PUBLIC#2194)?

Should I be able to find Verusha on Tarvos drunkenly proclaim their love for me? I only ask because the main page says that the Verusha expansion is backer only for now and I found it playing on the public version. Also, I don't know where to go to respond to her email, because she doesn't acknowledge anything new on Tarkus.

The reason Verusha doesn't acknowledge anything is probably because she asks you to return to her, which in this case is her place on Tavros and this little oversight seems to skip a lot, including her getting a place on Tavros.

After she kicks me out of her place it isn't accessible anymore, even after waiting a day or multiple
