Spoilers ahead

When you take a dip in the Goddess statue pool there's a scene that plays where she says she's a fragment of a god and from the events of the convocation of mirrors we learn all gods are just wraiths who gained emotions/a moral compass. So, my question is if the goddess statue is part of one of the living gods which one is she and are there other living god fragments or is she part of an actual god?

I'm pretty sure we don't know the answer. We know that the Seven were worshipped before those wraiths assumed their identities, but whether or not they actually existed prior to that is also an open question. If they did, it's possible the statue was created by one of them - though given the "a fragment of a god" line, it's also possible one of the old Seven died or was killed at some point, and she formed from part of their remains. Or maybe she could've been created by one of the new Seven, or a deity we don't know about. Or maybe she's just lying about having a divine connection.

Also, you can put spoilers around the text in your post using the appropriate tools under the "more options"/three dot icons.

The Seven aren't the only gods in this world, Lumia herself mentioned that she regrets suppressing other beliefs and The Wyld has been performing miracles long before the War. It's just that now almost everybody only believe or worship the Seven, the influence and power of other gods is severely weakened
My highest fantasy of this game is for the Wyld to awaken someday and wage war against the Seven
