I have gone to the possible places where they might have been related to finding their items. If anyone would kindly point me in the direction, that would be nice.

Holstaria

Go to the bar on Uveto, wait for a "cowgirl" to appear there (is she already isn't there) and talk to her. Then go to the SteeleTech Bio-Medical Division and buy it from Lessau.

Lupinoland

Lupinol*, actually That is a misspell on fen's part.
But to actually acquire it take part in the office gangbang in the SteeleTech Bio-Medical Division, go to the bar on Uveto, wait for a "Walt" to appear there (is he already isn't there) and talk to him. Then go to the SteeleTech Bio-Medical Division and buy it from Lessau.

Update: the office gangbang is no longer required.

Muffstick

Go to Tavros. On the tile before Bath's is a Vending machine (actually any "adult item dispenser" vending machine in the game will do ), buy FizzyFix, go to your ingame codex then read the entry on FizzyFix, then read the newly unlocked entry on Muffstick. Go to Sera's shop and buy it from her (Depending on if you unlocked all of Sera's wares, it could be on the second page of her shop menu)

Sweat Treat

Sweet Treat* It's sold by Sera, for the time being.
