Looking for suggestion - Text Adventure/RPG - Medieval Fantasy

Hello!
I'm looking for a game like COC (Text, Solo, Medieval Fantasy, SFW or not ) with good depth and to feel you have some impact on the game (or at least that they give you the illusion).
If possible with game mechanics / something else that only text even if i'm willing to try the really good text-only games.

Would you advise me to start with the first one or are they independant from each other ?

Each chapter ports your character from the previous game kinda like Mass effect so I'd start with 3

Choice of Robots, The Hero Project, Diabolical, Wise Use of Time, Metahuman Inc., Psy High, (Saber/Guns/Lords)- of Infinity and Choice of Alexandria - Obviously made by the Choice of Games publishing group but their authors are pretty damn good except that half of them can't write worth a damn.
