just what it sounds like and I am looking for a game more along the lines of neo-scavenger or cataclysm the dark days ahead not like coc or tits (a character screen would be a nice addition) character creation would also be nice. any help?

Futa Apocalypse and Flexible Survival are the most obvious answers. Mutant Minx Meltdown should also fit the theme you're looking for. If you're willing to play something made with Quest Player you can download Apocamorphosis from TFGamessite. There's also a RAGS game called Hell On Earth on TFG.
played it was not hardcore survival enough mainly what I am looking for is the more in detail injury systems which is something i cannot seem to find.

I dunno if its thematically what you want, and the typing controls might be a bit of a hassle, but its the only roguelike porn game I know that actually bothered with having any sort of notable gameplay. The dev has even the edgy tryhard Dork Souls mentality.

It has the masochistically hardcore thing going for it but it isn't really what I am looking for A.K.A. a hardcore needs survival game with porn as a thing that can happen. If it hasn't been done I may start trying to make it in my free time after a programming class.
There was this one I forgot its name...
Basically it happens on a sci-fi setting and, after you crash land on some alien world, the pod's AI starts asking a bunch of questions to help identify the character (Character Creation) afterwards you can see how you look like on the left side (character's silhouette) and from there you have to survive while managing your hunger, lust, sleep, etc. There's also this square on the bottom right that with 4 different colors that define how dominant/submissive, dirty/pure your are, plus some nano-infection thingie that works as body corruption. I remember being attacked by some kind of face-huger-like spider that injected some eggs into me - my character's belly grew and grew almost to the point of bursting, then she gave birth.
I think it may be just what you're asking for but its still in development... maybe someone in here knows the name of this game.

Sorry to ask but where do i find the image packs? I checked whole site and i cant find them.
You do realize Flexible Survival has all the same things as Elysium, right? Hunger/lust/sanity management, hp, progessive pregnancy (even mpreg if you take that feat) etc.And it's more-developed.

I don't know about the browser version, but the download version has some image (only some creatures, no sex scene with images), there is no "image pack" to download.

I found that out a few minutes ago too... its just not all of the npcs have image yet so it took some time for me to find them.
